Wellbeing

This page will continue to grow as we update with more wellbeing resources for children as well as advice and support for parents and carers.

Please don't be worried about how much your children are doing at home. Remember, our priority is to ensure that our children and their families are safe. We hope you find these resources useful. If you are worried or would just like a chat, please feel free to call us. Alternatively, email us using the year group emails or admin@.

Big Feelings Come and Go - this story is really useful for exploring children's responses to anxiety, particularly the fight or flight response.

Daily Challenges - This is full of lots of mindful activities including mindfulness colouring and Lego challenges.

This is link to a website to support families/children with the mental wellbeing during times of disruption, and a link to a short video from the same organisation offering advice to parents.
